Summer 2011

Ok so I just saw it's been over 2 years since I wrote/ blogged and man time has flown!! We moved back to Austin, which has been great. Dustin is working at Time Warner, which he loves. Bryson will start kindergarden, which is scary... for me. We have tried to spend as much time this summer doing fun interesting stuff this summer.. we went to the Snake Farm and the boys got to hold a snake for the first time!! We've gone on visits to Sea World, their favorite. They've been riding bikes and swimming as offen as they can. Summer Lovin' :)

We have been trying to be a little more adventurous now that we live in a different city and have new things to do and see. We started last weekend "Mother's Day" weekend going downtown and to see MinuteMaid Park, the we decided to take Bryson on his first train ride. Even though it wasn't a "real" train he loved it non the less. He's been enjoying the fact that we haven't had rain for a few days and has been playing in his little pool and gardening outside. We planted some veggies out back and Bryson thinks it's so cool to check the garden for food. We are trying to keep our weekends full now that the weather is getting better. Hope to post so interesting photos of our fun times!

We are now settled into our home in Katy, TX! I'm enjoying my job and having my family together again instead of Dustin in Austin and me & Bry in Katy. We have visited some of the local parks and took Bryson to see some trains (which he all names according to "Thomas the Train") Dustin is glad he's finding his way around easier than when we lived in Austin. Bryson is still adjusting to his new school, but that is to be expected!

Our next adventure is the Houston Zoo!

We're on the MOVE...

So, those who don't know, and those who do... we are moving to Houston. I got a job offer at a dental practice that has just opened their doors. They were in need of an office manager and now that's ME! I know it's scary, especially for Dustin, since Austin is the only place in Texas he's lived, but I know he'll enjoy it. They have LOTS of sports and he loves sports so that's a plus.

Thank the good Lord, for our amazing friends & family that have been such a HUGE help to us during this. Without them we would be STRESSED to the max!!! Bryson is adjusting slowly but surely. Hopefully we can find him another awesome daycare like he was in back in Austin because I don't want him to forget all that he has learned so far. There is so much to do and suh little time to do it in.

Bryson's 3

I know this is a wee bit late but we celebrated BryBry's 3rd birthday on his actual birthday. We got back from the wedding/cruise on the 15th and his day was that Monday the 16th. Since we had so much going on the last few weeks we decided not to really do anything, so we just had a little dinner at our favorite family place "Roadhouse".

Bryson thinks the saddle is funny plus, he LOVES steak and salad! After, we ate we thought it would be fun to have them sing to him as he "rode" the saddle! Of course, all he wanted for his presents were Thomas the Train stuff... seeing as how he is addicted to those darn things! Hey I'm not complaining they at least keep him up on his numbers and colors. I swear he's memorized all those train's names, colors, and numbers!

A little bit about Bryson over his last year. His favorite books are Minnie's Rainbow Book and Apple Butter, Peanut Butter, Cinnamon Toast (a book Ethan gave him). He can almost count to 20 and he thinks that's soo cool... He likes the color red and orange. He's new favorite movies are Walli-E and Fox & the Hound (he could watch these like 10 times a day if we let him) He would much rather hang with his MawMaw & PawPaws Frank & Raul than with his parents!

So strange how they grow way too fast, love it and hate it all at the same time...

Wedding Photos

I know I've been promising a few wedding/cruise photos but boy has it taken FOREVER to upload all of these photos. I didn't relize just how many we took, along with all the photos friends and family members took. Not to mention we are still waiting on the photos from the photographer!

Wedding Day

Well it finally came... me and Dustin are now Mr. & Mrs.!
We have been living as husband and wife but now it is offical and that makes things twice as nice, and very safe.. I do have to say. Although, with ALL the planing and the wedding being in Florida (my dream spot, on the beach) we still had some kinks. Because no one had been there before and we didn't even know where we were getting married at, it seems like we were constantly running behind, which for me is very annoying!
I was even late for my own wedding, because my brain was not working and I kicking into forgetful mode... but when I arrived 40 min. late it was beautiful and just as I imagined it would be. A little dark but perfect!
I want to thank everyone, especially my Mom for making it everything we could ever have asked for.

We are now Mr. & Mrs. Dustin Moore!!
